Defender Pest Control is a Wirral based independent company. Our aim is to provide bespoke, affordable, and professional pest management services domestically and commercially. Defender Pest Control was established in 2019 and all of our technicians are trained to the highest level with over 10 years of experience in the pest control trade. We developed Defender Pest Control as a direct response to what we felt was becoming an increasing concern that pest control for many was unattainable, substandard, and often unaffordable. As a company we want to provide our local community and beyond with affordable and effective solutions for all their pest control needs. One of our core values is to enable anybody, and everybody access to affordable and quality pest control services which is why we offer free quotes, surveys, and even just advise to our customers with none of that pushy sales talk! We asked Tom to quote to replace plastic bird spikes with more robust ones. The originals were installed by a roofer who had rebuilt our chimney following 4 years of gulls nesting on it. Tom came out quoted and one week later arrived as planned to fit the spikes. He has done this with no mess and no fuss. Absolutley brilliant job and highly recommended

Tom and Tom came out this morning to fit bird mesh around my solar panels. Pigeons nesting underneath had become a real pest, and the noise and mess were an increasing nuisance. Tom came out to view and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. The work was completed in a morning, and the site left completely clean and tidy. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly. We contacted Defender Pest Control when squirrels invaded our loft and refused to leave. We could not have received a better service. When all the squirrels were removed, Defender also blocked the gaps in the roof to stop the problem from recurring. The cost was very reasonable and we were also very impressed with Tom’s professional and caring attitude. All appointments made were confirmed there and then, all the visits made on schedule, but most importantly we had the reassurance that Defender’s help would be available until the problem was fully solved. I have used the Defender team on a couple of occasions over the past year meeting both Tom & Liam. They are a really professional crew - smartly dressed in Defender attire always wearing footwear protectors when entering the house. They are very polite and really informative - telling you what they are doing and why. They always turn up when they say they will and also send a text to remind you that they will be with you in ‘next ten minutes’ I would recommend them without question ….1st class service.
