This is the second time I have used this company. Tom is totally professional and very polite. He sent a text before arriving and had fully explained what was required to treat our bug issue in the loft space. Tom and his colleague arrived on time and placed protection on their feet and covered the carpet and up the stairs. No mess at all was left and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. We asked for Tom's help when rats came to stay in our loft over Christmas! Tom responded to our message within an hour, and was there the next day despite it being the Christmas holidays. Signs to Look For

Returning rats in loft: Tom was great! After having the council come out a few times to deal with rats in our loft, we realised that we needed to get a professional in. Tom was the first person we’ve had visit the house who knew what he was talking about, and established that they were gaining access via the drains. He even offers cleanup services, which is great for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Defender Pest Control!!
Service was excellent. Tom Brown arrived punctually and, despite a difficult problem regarding something in a chimney breast, Tom and his team covered all eventualities, checking the loft and all areas for entrance holes, etc. He covered the air vents with mesh so nothing could get in. Excellent pest control service!
Tom provided a very efficient and friendly service. Previously heard some scratching within the walls and found a mouse in an attic trap. We got a quote from Tom and on his first visit he arrived promptly and had a thorough look both inside and outside the property. He was also happy to carry out a check of the neighbour's property (as we're in a semi). Once he'd found holes, he blocked them all up and put traps down. We hadn't heard any scratching since and no more movement was found with the traps. Tom always arrived on time when he said he would and comes highly recommended. Thanks Tom!
