Communication was great, from being able to get a quote within hours was a massive plus. Also get put at ease know that they could handle the issue we had and also being able to come out within a few days to resolve the issue. We have used Tom in the past to remove wasps nests. Tom and Liam came today and insulated our loft. Tom came out a few days ago to measure up and give us an estimate for the work and labour. He quickly got back to us with the cost and a date and time agreed. They arrive on time and did a great job very efficiently. They also tidied up any mess. I would highly recommend Tom.
I contacted Defender after hearing rodent activity in the house. Liam responded really quickly and over 3 visits him and Tom resolved our mouse problem quickly and effectively. They are such great lads and very respectful of our home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them particularly as we have used other pest control companies but with little success. Thanks guys!
What a superb service from Tom and his company! What a superb service from Tom and his colleague! The quote was spot on and they turned up on time and fitted our new anti-seagull nest roof spikes as well as cleaned our gutters. All done in time as well as with a friendly smile and follow up if needed! I fully recommend this company! A+
Tom was a calm presence in the face of pests in our home and garden. The communication was consistent and excellent, Tom turned up when he said he would, and he provided a first-class and knowledgeable service. The problem was resolved with no fuss. Rang about a potential Rodent problem and Tom came out the same day, very thorough checks of inside and outside the property. Carefully and strategically placed poison and traps to deal with the intruder! Came back the next week twice and until the problem was resolved. Highly recommend to anyone.

Called out to deal with a wasp nest prior to building work. Service couldn’t have been better! Excellent communication, very polite and professional offered a narrow time slot which meant I didn’t need to wait in all day which was fab. Issue appears to have been dealt with efficiently.
Contacted Tom after reading positive reviews on Google. Pleased to say he was even more efficient and professional than suggested. Attended at short notice, quickly identified the issue and a solution before installing a drain valve to prevent further issues. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to call Tom with any future needs.

Tom came out as soon as he was called and assessed the situation, explaining how he was going to deal with it and calmly carrying out the necessary work. He was very thorough, made sure the issue was properly dealt with and polite and reassuring at all times. The cost of the job also seemed reasonable considering the peace of mind I was left with once he was finished.

Removal of wasp nest and the safe retrieval of a bees nest to be freed in the open countryside. What a lovely young man Tom is. Prompt and professional in his care of the bees nest and its safe release into countryside. The wasp nest was disposed of by Tom . Any problems just call him and he'll come back.
I’ve been trying to remove squirrels in the loft for 2 years. Tom & Neil come in and resolve the issue in less than a week. Great lads - friendly, courteous, professional and very good at what they do. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Our squirrel problem was quickly and efficiently dealt with, they were in the roof space ,and we were kept updated on the progress after each visit . Tom was very nice and professional.We were very happy with the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we had a problem.
We had a problem with squirrels in the loft . Tom was very professional and kept us informed at every stage of the process of removing them. He also sent a text so we knew when to expect him . We are very pleased that the squirrels are now gone and the entrance is now blocked . Wouldn’t hesitate to use Defender Pest Control again if needed.
Brilliant service! Had a problem with rats in the roof. Tom responded quickly with quote. Liam called on three occasions located where the rats where entering property, dealt with erradicating rats, and sealed all entrance points. Liam was punctual, professional and pleasant everytime. Would reccomend this team, delighted with the service, and now able to sleep better knowing those pests have been dealt with!

Don’t hesitate to call Defender! Tom and his team resolved the rat problem fully and were professional, timely and kept us informed all the way through. We had previously worked with a well know pest company who had consistently failed to resolve the issue. Tom took time to work out what it was and resolved. Excellent service from Tom and his staff noises in the loft ,Tom came checked around the property and roof identified the problem as squirrels and sorted the problem. Would recommend Defender to anybody with a pest problem.

Absolutely would recommend, went above and beyond all expectations, even did an extra visit to be sure at no extra charge, completed the job, were respectful, friendly and so easy to deal with, I would not hesitate to use again if needed.
Tom could not carry out the work when agreed because of adverse weather. However he came to the house to personally to keep in touch and discuss options on two occasions. When it was possible to carry out the work Tom was punctual, worked without interruption and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

Major Rat problem. After a major rat problem outside of my property and some of them coming inside we couldn’t recommend or thank Tom enough. He was efficient, clean, friendly and professional and managed to get rid of the problem over a few appointments for the original price quote.

Tom is a consummate professional, explaining what he needed to do and keeping us informed of progress. Obviously not the nicest of jobs, but Tom was always so polite and pleasant that it took the sting out of it. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He was excellent.
I had a problem with wasps in my loft but mostly on my roof. I messaged Defender Pest Control and Tom rang me back less than 5 minutes later (this was 7.30 pm). He agreed to come out the next morning. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in approx 15 mins.
Tom is a true professional and I trusted him immediately. I will be passing his details on to me friends.

Tom came out this morning to fit bird mesh around my solar panels. Pigeons nesting underneath had become a real pest, and the noise and mess were an increasing nuisance. Tom came out to view and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. The work was completed in a morning, and the site left completely clean and tidy. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Solar panel protection: We used Tom to protect our solar panels to stop pigeons from nesting underneath them. Tom was really quick to respond to our enquiry, kept us well informed and arrived on time. Pigeon proofing solar panels: Tom and team turned up as agreed, just got straight to the task in hand and worked without stopping until the job was finished ( refused several cups of tea). The job was completed neatly, no mess and 100% happy with the workmanship and professionalism.
